2. Our Services

Frankie’s Slice Shop sells New York style pizza from our location at Marina Market, Cork, and official branded merchandise via our online store. Food orders are fulfilled through Manna Aero’s delivery platform.

3. Merch Orders

• All merch sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
• Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
• If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 14 days at [email protected] and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
• Prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be verified.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Frankie’s name, logo, photography, and copy — is owned by Frankie’s Slice Shop. You may not reproduce or use any content without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our products, to the extent permitted by Irish law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
